Course objectives

The module 4 (commodity science) provide the principles about technical and managerial aspects with reference to processes for the production of goods and/or services focused to the improvement in productivity and to the establishment of a competitive advantage in business, according to the international legislation.

Results of learning outcomes

The module 4 (commodity science) aims at completing the student’s knowledge on management issues. Specifically, students will be able to use technical and managerial terminology, manage some aspects in the current productive system and improve the ability of a multidisciplinary communication.

Course delivery

The module 4 (commodity science) is articulated in 12hours of interactive lecture time and could include the development of practical exercises as homework.

Learning assessment methods

The final exam will be provided in written form and articulated in open questions. The obtained mark will be considered as 1 out of 4 parts of the course.

Slides and documents will be provided by the lecturers and uploaded in the MOODLE Platform
