The course discusses sustainability challenges of organizations operating in the cultural industry in the stream of management and accountability.
The course examines both theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of sustainability and sustainable development contextualised in the cultural industry.

- analyze sustainability challenges of organizations operating in cultural industries;
- consider the long-term consequences and implications of business decisions when analyzing situations and making judgements on sustainability challenges;
- propose coherent solutions for the preparation of a sustainability plan related to organizations operating in the cultural industry.

Learning assessment methods
The evaluation is based on the understanding of the ability to analyse sustainability challenges in cultural industries and address a critical analysis on organizations’ approaches to sustainable development.Your grade for the course (max 30L/30) will be determined as follows:- Proactive participation (weight 5%) during lectures.
- Project work related to a group assignment (weight 25%).
- Individual written exam with two open questions on topics covered during the course (weight 60%).
