Course objectives
The module 1 (Fundamentals of Economics for Management) is designed to expose the students to the basic principles of economic theory: the course will illustrate how economic concepts can be applied to analyze business situations.

Results of learning outcomes
The module 1 (Fundamentals of Economics for Management) aims at completing the student’s knowledge on managerial economic issues: the main objective of this course is to teach the basics of economics to the non-economists. This course also aims to help the students in thinking critically in economy related issues.

The module 1 is articulated in 12 hours of interactive lecture time and could include the development of practical exercises as classwork and homework.

The final exam will be provided in written form and articulated in open questions or exercises. The obtained mark will be considered as 1 out of 4 parts of the course.
Attending students may opt to do in-class work on research reports and/or cultural heritage data.
